How it worksHow it works
Orja Global Resources sits between buyer and seller so neither has to trust a stranger with their money.
Choose an item, place your order and transfer the total to our bank account using your order reference.
Uploading a receipt doesn’t confirm payment — our team matches your transfer to our bank statement first. Until then your order shows “payment under review”.
Once payment is verified the seller is told to hand over or dispatch the item, and confirms it in their dashboard.
After release, we deduct our 10% commission on the item price and pay the seller the balance. You confirm receipt to complete the order.

Your order reference has been created.
Payment verified
Orja Global Resources checks your transfer against its bank account.
Seller preparing
The seller is told to get your item ready once payment is verified.
Released or dispatched
The seller confirms handover (pickup or dispatch) in their dashboard.
Completed
You confirm receipt. Orja then pays the seller after its commission.
From any order you can message the seller or our support team, and report non-delivery, damaged or incorrect items, or payment issues. You’ll see our replies and the resolution status right on the order.
